Sins of the Fathers
The August Mansion
Formed not out of American-born Chinese but immigrants from the mainland, the Mansion remember the tradition and the glory of their homeland. And at the same time they understand why their cousins chose to leave that history behind in the Middle Kingdom in order to seek the American Dream. But it is the blatant understanding of the August Mansion that no opportunity exists in the larger America, because to partake in that dream means sacrificing your culture and your heritage. And that is, simply put, unacceptable. Drawing upon the philosophy of the Awakened society of self-empowerment and rulership through example, the Mansion seeks to uplift what is currently a dying internal society within the larger San Fierro area. Through the cultural unity and strength of Chinatown’s residence, a small little world can be created.
An empire. Ruled by benevolent Emperors who command the strength and bow to the will of Heaven.
